To all clients, consultants, associates, and other relevant parties,

Here at FCG New Zealand (FCG ANZDEC Ltd.), we are responding to the COVID-19 crisis carefully and thoughtfully, in line with the best guidance available. We would like to assure everyone we work with that we are doing everything we can to provide the best services possible during this difficult time.

Our top priority during this time is the safety of our consultants, clients, and beneficiaries, and we are in constant contact with those who need our assistance during this rapidly evolving situation.

Our core team is continuing to work from home, and we remain online and in communication. We work with people around the globe and are used to being creative with communications across time zones and remote areas. We are continuing to respond to emails and to answer all questions and queries to the best of our abilities. For current projects that are continuing through this time, please know that we continue to be here for those in the field. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.

Many of our projects have been, and continue to be, affected by the COVID-19 crisis, and it is likely that others will also be affected in the coming weeks. As the situation unfolds, rest assured that we will be in touch with all concerned parties to pass on relevant information.

Over the coming weeks, we will also be looking to the future by working on how we can best assist in the recovery from this situation, and we are discussing options with clients and colleagues alike. The very core of our operations is improving the quality of people’s lives around the world by providing expert services, so we want to use our expertise and experience to contribute to the global recovery.

We want everyone to know that we are here to support you and each other through this time. We would like to remind everyone to take care of their communities, near and far. Regardless of the difficult times we are facing, it is important to care about each other. As we say in New Zealand, kia kaha (stay strong). Together, we will get through this.

Stay safe, and please follow official advice during this time.

Best wishes, from the FCG New Zealand team.
